The apartment is of new construction, and has been built ensuring a satisfactory insulation from the thermal point of view on both the vertical walls and the horizontal covering and floor.
In short, there is the presence of the air conditioner, but the apartment is still cool and airy.
It is bright, located in a non-traffic area and is 500 meters walk from the sea. The most important services begin to be already starting from 200 meters from home, Supermarkets, Post Office, Restaurants, Bank etc. etc. The apartment has a comfortable internal parking space, an outdoor shower, tables with chairs for outside to eat comfortably outside the home, outside stack, a covered porch or a terrace and an outdoor area where you can have lunch / dinner.
The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to cook a TV and a washing machine.
