Apartment ideally located in a residential area, green and quiet, the beach on foot (600m), the Golf de Biarritz-Le Phare, shops and restaurants in the nearby Saint Charles district, 10 minutes from the city center.

Separate WC. Wifi - TV + lots of entertainment: card games, board games, books ... Bus stop in front of the building. Miscellaneous: non-smoking accommodation.
