On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with double bed and terrace, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the main floor are the kitchen, the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a backyard with clothesline and a nice front porch with table and chairs and a canopy. Kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher and electric thermo. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. 4 bicycles and 2 scooters available to guests. Travel cot with mattress. Beach toys and short stories. Built area of 85 square meters. Air conditioning only in two bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms and in the room Location: 1.5 km from the area of therapeutic muds of the Mar Menor and the beach of Villananitos, ideal for children because of its shallowness. 2 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. 14 minutes walk from the San Pedro Bus Station. 9,6 km from the airport of San Javier (Murcia) A 1 km walk are the Mercadona and Lidl.

The location of the property is excellent, opposite the botanical garden and near the Salinas. Good sized rooms with all you need. Pascual was a good host.

Good sized property just beside the park and very close to pubs restaurants and shops, bedding needs updated otherwise it’s fine.
