We welcome you to Ty Palud, a villa with a panoramic sea view facing west and directly on the sandy beach. You can enjoy an exceptional sunset on the Glénans archipelago. The villa is located a few kilometers from Port-Manech, Pont-Aven and the beach of Tahiti. You can book with your eyes closed, dream vacation assured.
Animals are not accepted. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. The calendar is up to date. You can book immediately.
Villa of 120 m2 with an upper floor. On the first floor you will find a living room with TV, DVD player and Wifi, a dining room with panoramic sea view, an open kitchen equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and Nespresso, a bedroom with 160cm bed overlooking the terrace, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and a storage space for 2 bikes. You will also find everything you need for babies, high chair, cot, baby bath, changing mat and baby dishes. On the first floor, you will find a room with a sea view and a bed of 160 cm, a room with 2 beds of 90 cm and a room with 1 bed of 90 cm, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find a 400m2 garden with a large wooden terrace of 20m2 with its equipment, a Weber barbecue, a fenced garden, a beach shower and a protected parking for a car or a small boat. At the entrance of the property, you can park one car in front of the gate and one car on the low side.
You benefit from an electricity package of 10 kWh per day. Beyond the fixed price, your consumption will be charged at the current rate.

Das Haus liegt am Meer nur von einer kleine Straße vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist charmant und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Ty Palud und haben uns sehr erholt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage, wie beschrieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt. Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse wurden modernisiert und waren bequem. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen und möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen.
