Close to a water park, sailing and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach.
With convenient covered on-site parking, you'll be ready to make the 13-minute drive to Royal Alcázar of Seville or the 18-minute drive to Alameda de Hércules. Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the hot tub of this 861-sq-ft villa, which also features a garden and a porch or lanai.
When you come inside, connect to the free Wi-Fi or get cosy in front of the smart TV (video library available). There's also ping pong, a stereo and a music library for your enjoyment. A dining area, a sofa bed, a barbecue and a fireplace are featured at this 2-bedroom rental.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a lobster pot. And because there's a washing machine and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Very nice accomodation and owner. Swift and correct communication. Located in the outskirts of Seville. Tranquillity and privacy and nice pool. Although there is public transportation in the village nearby, I would recommend a rental car to get around more easily.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful property. We loved the pool and the yard is filled with flowering bushes and fruit trees. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants, although we mostly ate at the property with it’s well-equipped kitchen. So grateful to our hosts as they left us some provisions since we arrived on a Sunday. Loved our stay…great memories!
