Close to motor boating, fishing and more, this welcoming apartment brings it all within reach.
Circuito per mini Kart is an easy 10-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers on-site parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 1-minute drive to Gulf of Orosei. Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the porch or lanai of this 754-sq-ft apartment.
For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV. As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a barbecue and air conditioning.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, a bidet and towels.
Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker and cookware.
And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

Molte grazie
