Beautiful 19th century house with character, fully renovated, in a large park.
There is a covered patio near the pool.
The pool can be easily covered to keep it warm and clean.
Excellent tennis courts and private sauna. 5 acres of private woodland leading up to the Lot border, 2.5 acres around the house is fenced off. A short walk through the orchard (from which you can pick fruit) and you will be at the river, ideal for a spot of fishing in peace.
The décor is pretty and sophisticated, the furnishings are elegant and the whole atmosphere is very comfortable.
An 18th century farm-style cottage acts as a games room.
The house sits in the tourist regions of Lot and Garonne, where you can enjoy the magnificent golf courses at Castelnaud and Villeneuve sur Lot (6 miles away). Agen airport is 18 miles away and Bergerac 24 miles away.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans la grande et belle maison de Claudine.
Le jardin est immense, la piscine (au sel) très agréable et le tennis ombragé est un vrai plus.
