The loft is a small apartment about 20 square meters, 2+1 beds, 1 bathrooms and with a panoramic terrace of 20 square meters that gives on to the historical Middle Ages centre of Oristano, with a wonderful view on his churches and his towers.
It is situated on the business and cultural centre of the town near to the main square. Oristano, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway. Because of the tilded roof, the attic has been designed to supply the most confort with original solutions all around. It has got light green and custom-made fornitures and it is equipped with air conditioner, tv colors and ADSL flat service. - The kitchen is illuminated and airy by a practical velux.

Appartamento collocato in posizione centrale, in luogo silenzioso, negozi supermercato farmacia panettiere fruttivendolo a portata di mano, parcheggio auto non a pagamento. É mancata un po di attenzione nella pulizia generale della casa, e totalmente per accoglienza del vivere la casa (es. detersivo piatti-spugnette-zucchero-sale-olio-caffettiera ecc.).

L'appartement est petit mais propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. C'est parfait pour deux personnes, bien situé dans Oristano, à 5mn à pied du centre historique. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils sont disponibles très vite en cas de souci.
Nous recommandons vivement.

"L''abitazione è deliziosa, ottime finiture e ben tenuta e in un luogo perfetto per muoversi in oristano. Lo spazio per due persone diventa difficoltoso, trovo che sia meglio per una persona o al massimo una coppia. Il parcheggio è un pò difficoltoso. Il posto è tranquillissimo e anche il condominio."
