This apartment is located in a quiet south-facing slope with a fantastic sea view of the Bay of Roses.
A separate staircase on the side of the house leads to the east terrace and the entrance of the apartment with a view of the lovingly landscaped garden.
Two people will find ideal living comfort on approx. 80 m2 in a Mediterranean ambience.
Equipped with a bedroom en suite with air conditioning, an open living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and two terraces, it offers (almost) everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
The swimming pool is located on the west side and is an ideal place to enjoy the sun or to let your thoughts wander under the awning in the shade with a view of the sea and the adjacent nature park.
As already mentioned, the garden was beautifully Mediterranean and perfectly adapted to the hillside and terraced. This helped create a cozy, covered seating area on a separate level in the garden, where the charcoal grill is located.
