You will be in an independent studio. Parking at the foot of the studio, the sea at 50 meters and "terrace" corner in front of the studio.

This is a studio, so there are no separate bedrooms (ABRITEL defaults to 1 bedroom)
!!! A deposit check of 200 € on the day of your arrival is ESSENTIAL !!!
For ecological and economic reasons, a meter reading will be made on each arrival and each departure.
Electricity included EXCEPT IN WINTER PERIOD 10kw offered per day / the rest invoiced at EDF tariff € 0.15 per additional kw (COVER ALL OR A LARGE PART)

Très bien SAUF : meubles jardin en mauvais état _ entrée extérieure non nettoyée (déjections d'oiseaux). Intérieur du studio agréable.
