Large Mediterranean villa of 180 m2, 1300 m2 of wooded land, facing south, with many furnished and shaded terraces, a pétanque field and a large swimming pool, not overlooked.
The composition of the house can accommodate 10 people without bothering each other. No one is made to sleep in the common areas.
2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, 1 independent.
Located in the city center with all shops and the market 5 minutes walk.
A little corner of paradise to meet with family or friends.
Ideally located:
- Cassis seaside and the entrance to the Calanques Park in about ten minutes.
-Marseille Vieux Port, and the Var beaches (Saint Cyr sur Mer, Bandol) 20 min.
- Aix en Provence center 30 minutes away.
In addition to the beach, you can enjoy many activities nearby:
- Boat trip to visit the creeks from the port of Cassis,
- Boat rental with or without license from Cassis,
- Cultural tour with the Mucem located in Marseille 20 minutes from the house,
- Casino outings: in Cassis or La Ciotat,
- Fun outing for children (and their parents): Aqualand park in Saint Cyr sur Mer ...
