Ideally located on Saint Emilion 5 min from the historic center and Libourne (shops and aquatic center). If you want to leave the vineyards, relax and swimming pool, you can make escapades to Bordeaux (35 min), Bergerac (1h) and the Arcachon basin (1h30), either by car or train.
The space
We have organized and furnished this house of 60 m2 so that it is pleasant and practical : a large living room with open kitchen equipped with two French windows overlooking the garden and the pool, a terrace to enjoy the outdoors and the possibility also to settle under a large lime tree, two bedrooms , a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, a separate toilet. The bright accommodation is air-conditioned. To ensure maximum serenity if you have children, the pool is secured by a glass barrier and a door that meets safety standards.
Small size cat and dog (type Bichon) are accepted.
