Dimora dell'Erbe is an historic residence overlooking the Montepulciano’s delightful main course.
The residence has been completely restored with great attention to the original architectural features dating to the 17th century and marvelously furnished with antique furniture joint with delicate modern design details.
The charming terraces give you an enchanting view of Val d'Orcia, Val di Chiana up to the lake Trasimeno.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (Nepitella and Timo), a big and bright kitchen with a living room area and the exclusive access to the amazing terraces overlooking the roofs of Montepulciano.
It is possible to add a sofa bed in the living room area, for two more people.
Independent air conditioning and heating system.
Free wi-fi available.

Our stay exceeded our expectations ! This VRBO is located in a very convenient location in the middle of town right near all the restaurants, bars, and sights. The VRBO is very spacious and clean and our host was very responsive and hospitable. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace enjoying the views and nice glass of wine. We could not recommend this place enough!

The property was gorgeous and the owners were super kind and extremely responsive! The kitchen was well- equipped, the upstairs terrace was delightful, and the design and all the unique and beautiful touches throughout the apartment showed the owners care and attention to the little details that made our stay a real pleasure!
