The property is located approximately 7 minutes to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that sits between the sea (about 14 kilometres away) and the Alpes Maritime.
Take a look at the property in summer using the video link on this page. The ground level of the house (the upper level is unoccupied during rentals) and guest cottage has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths.
It is ideal for 3 couples but there are 3 extra day beds.
A playpen and high chair is also available for babies.
There is a full kitchen as well as a small kitchenette in the separate guest cottage.
The property is south facing with a beautiful 13 meter swimming pool, gets sun throughout the day, and is still bright in the long summer evenings.
The pool is open from June through September. This is a very comfortable campus for friends and family.
The stone wall terraced garden has olive, orange, lemon, mandarin, apricot, cherry, and fig trees.
Imagine eating on the outdoor terrace in the evening in the midst of the many rosemary and lavender bushes that dot the property.
There are also many places to get away to read or just sit and relax. Long summer evenings with a southern exposure, a beautiful swimming pool, and plenty of room on the property to wander. The views are spectacular! There is even a petanque court shaded by two mulberry trees.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in Tourettes Sur Loop! The villa was gorgeous and as pictured, the pool was ideal for the hot temperatures, and it had everything we needed for a restful week. Kevin’s clear instructions were great for making our way to the Villa from the airport.

Die Villa und die Austattung haben uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben es genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub. Kleiner Tipp für die Anfahrt und die ganze Region: zu große Autos sollte man meiden :)
