Renfrew House is a large detached house, with parking for up to 3 cars or 2 vans, the house was built in 1995, located central in a very friendly cul-de-sac. Renfrew House is spacious, with flat screen TV's and Netflix available in all rooms. It is a house that offers plenty of space indoors and outdoor garden space, with communal areas that encourage friendly interaction. Only 5 minutes away from the M61 and very close to the following A roads A58, A579 and A676,10 minutes away is Middlebrook Retail, Leisure Centre & university of Bolton Stadium. Locally there is Co-op & Tesco express in walking distance, along with several food option takeaways including the local Three Pigeons for food and drinks. Just 12 mins away is Bolton Town Centre and Bolton Steam Museum.
