On the first floor, a beautiful living room of 40 m² bathed in light welcomes you with a warm living room and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. A laundry room with washing machine, a separate toilet and a garage complete this level, practical for bicycles, surfing equipment or beach gear.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a double bed 140x190, a queen size bed 160x200 and a single bed 90x190. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the set.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for a stress-free stay.
Outdoors
Outside, the garden with terrace invites you to enjoy the sunny days, share a meal in the open air or extend the summer evenings after a day by the water.
