The "Heinrich Zille" holiday apartment, which was only completed in 2020, is close to the center and is excellently located in terms of infrastructure. The bus and S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are also sufficient parking spaces next to the house.

The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed apartment building and can accommodate up to six people. Ideal for families with children, couples, but also single travelers.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a guest bed including a pull-out function and a living room with a sofa bed. The possibility for an additional travel cot for babies would be available.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

The renovated bathroom with window has a bathtub, shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement of the house if required.

A food discounter and a bakery, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, take care of your physical well-being.

Die Buchung & die damit verbundene Kommikation . PRIMA. TOLLE WOHNUNG ! Tolle Ausstattung in der Küche aber auch generell. Wir schliefen ( leider ) nur 2 Nächte dort .Sprich wir haben sie gar nicht richtig schön genießen können. DANKE.

Die Wohnung ist sauber,modern und freundlich eingerichtet ..man kann sich wohlfühlen! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten jedoch könnten behoben werden , z.B. fehlt eine Ablage in der Dusche und der Bewegungsmelder im Flur könnte anders eingestellt werden oder doch auf manuelles Licht gestellt werden. Da er doch...
