Behind the village of El Perelló lies the beautiful Burga Valley. There you will find the finca Casa Mariano, in an orchard with olives, a vegetable garden and chickens and of course a pool. Casa Mariano original area HAS year and fully renovated part. The owner is a farmer, he is retired purpose Will Be On His land Maintaining it every now and then!
There are 2 bedrooms. A wide one with a twin bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. A wide kitchen with full single goal setting with a wide fridge / freezer, oven and microwave. In the living room you will find a spacious sofa bed. From the living room you can access through a hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The large terrace offers a lot of shade and there is a table with plenty of chairs. The original cottage HAS year Sisterna (water tank) and BBQ area with outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Finally, there is the wide garden to enjoy the sunshine and a swing for the children. The house is completely Call free in Nature and there is more than enough space available to enjoy undisturbed.
