A cosy villa located in the Garraf Natural Park, surrounded by nature and protected vegetation, with an excellent orientation that allows you to enjoy warm mornings even in the middle of winter and splendid weather on hot summer days, breathe fresh air, and wake up to starry nights and the sound of birds singing. It offers complete privacy with no neighbors on any side, as it is a four-sided villa; because it is located within the Garraf Natural Park, you can take long walks along the forest’s nature trails. Just 10 minutes from the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova, and 30 minutes from Barcelona.
The house is equipped with all the amenities and features needed for a perfect stay, including heating and cooling, blackout curtains in all five bedrooms for added comfort during rest hours, a barbecue, and a modern beach-style pool measuring 7 metres by 7.5 metres, featuring a 9-jet jacuzzi and a natural rock waterfall, with 9 lounge chairs, high-quality artificial turf, and a shower.
Outside, the villa features spacious 90 m² relaxation areas, also equipped for children’s entertainment next to the chill-out zone, ensuring peace of mind for the whole family.
In the chill-out area, with a designer sofa and armchair, you can relax while having a few drinks, listening to music, watching the 43" TV outdoors, or simply enjoying the silence and calm of the surroundings.
Adjacent to the chill-out area is the summer kitchen, featuring a designer table and chairs, and a barbecue (with a grill measuring one metre by forty centimetres). Perfect for enjoying unforgettable lunches and dinners.
