It is an ideal summer holiday home for a family. Self-catering and fully equipped.
The entire property with its surrounding gardens measures 5600 m². This size guarantees privacy and the garden is a safe place for children.
The holiday home consists of two floors (80 m² in total). The living room, kitchen, dining area and a toilet are located on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
The holiday home has a private and covered terrace and a garden area. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
Breakfast facilities: Fresh, local ingredients can be provided for your first breakfast on request. This is subject to an extra charge of 5 euros per person.
Booking Deposit: All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The other 50% is due on arrival.
