The villa of oaks is a new villa, independent, of 140 m ², without opposite, outside any housing estate, in 10 min in feet of the town center of Aubenas but located in full nature.
This villa, facing south, benefits from high quality services with an independent and private ground of more than 2000 m ² with big trampoline, swings, toboggan.
It is fully air conditioned and has unlimited internet access. Upstairs, you will find a space mezzanine playroom with sofa bed 140, EPEDA bedding, a large babyfoot, a library.

On the ground floor you have a living room with fitted kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas and a large TV, a bathroom with Italian shower and 1WC independent.
The bay window of the living room overlooks the terrace and pool.
