Dear holiday guests,
our 2012 built apartment is located in the idyllic village of Balm on the sunny island of Usedom with a direct view of the backwaters.
To make you feel at home with us, we have furnished the apartment with everything you know and expect from home.
This includes a modern bathroom, as well as a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, sufficient closet space and storage space for your clothes.
The living and dining room with a direct view of the water offers, in addition to a separate dining table, a 3D large-screen TV and an IPod / iPhone docking station with a comfortable pull-out couch, sleeping accommodation for two children. Here or on our balcony with south-west orientation and direct view of the water, you have the opportunity to end your vacation days relaxed with a glass of wine. If you want to take your pet with you, please contact us beforehand.
A great vacation also means eating and drinking well. Our wholesome kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher offers everything your heart desires.
Of course, kettles, toasters, espresso machines and a conventional coffee machine, as well as corresponding cookware, should not be missing. A washing machine is also in the house.
And if you would like to be catered for outside, the steak house, the hotel restaurant of the golf hotel and the Italian restaurant Zur Alten Schule (open depending on the season) are within walking distance of three restaurants that offer a wide selection. In addition, the Fischhus in Neppermin, beautifully situated on Lake Balmer, with a fantastic sunset is recommended for a visit for dinner on the terrace.
We also do not neglect the topic of wellness / fitness. A sauna area with 3 different saunas, a small fitness area, separate shower area and a relaxation room are at your disposal.
Outside, the lawn invites you to sunbathe with free loungers and direct water access.
In addition to bicycles, the directly connected golf club with two 18-hole and one 9-hole courses is also available for active leisure activities. For details please contact our friendly property management staff directly in the annex.
The imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are easy to reach by experienced cyclists. For everyone else, a short drive is recommended.
We wish you unforgettable days on the sunny island of Usedom and would be happy if we could accommodate you again next time.
