Très très bien située à a peine 100 m de la mer même si on ne la voit pas, ou peu. Des commerces ( boulangerie, poissonnerie, Coccimarket, bar....) à 500 m. Le cœur de La Tranche à 20 minutes par la plage. Maison et équipements très propres. Chantal est arrangeante et disponible au téléphone.Nous avons passé un très bon sejour

Très bon séjour. Un deuxième toilette aurait été apprécié...
Un petit carnet de bord avec quelques consignes ( ramassage des poubelles, jour de marchés etc )
Quand au ménage facturé 85 euros alors qu'il faut le faire pas tout compris.
