Thanks to its privileged exposure, you will enjoy direct sunlight until 6 PM, perfect for relaxing on your private terrace. High-End Comfort Year-Round The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in a spacious and bright layout: • Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen Size bed with direct access to the terrace and stunning lake views. • Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed, also offering lake views. • Bedroom 3: Two single beds, perfect for children or friends. • Living Space: A lounge and a modern kitchen, both opening widely onto the azure panorama of the lake. For your well-being, the accommodation is equipped with modern air conditioning (DAIKIN) for the summer and a wood stove for a cozy atmosphere in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including a filter coffee maker, and raclette and fondue sets) for convivial moments. Outdoor Spaces and Leisure In addition to your terraces, you have a large private plot of land.

Wij hadden een prima verblijf in deze accommodatie. Alles was aanwezig zoals beschreven en netjes. Het appartement ligt dichtbij het meer, maar niet te voet toegankelijk door de drukke weg die er tussen loopt. De ontvangst en communicatie met de eigenaars verliep prima. Leuke vakantie gehad, prachtige regio om in te vertoeven!

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Nur die unterhalb gelegene Straße ist viel befahren und erzeugt Dauerverkehrslärm. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, die Küchenausstattung sehr lückenhaft.

Apparemment vaste, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Propriétaires accueillants, sympathiques et à l écoute.
Petit bémol toutefois la proximité de la route
Générant parfois un certain bruit.
Le cadre magnifique et la proximité du lac ayant apaisé quelque peu ce petit désagrément.
