Spectacular and bright apartment inside a beautiful historic building in the center of El Puerto de Santa María.
It also has a comfortable parking slot in the same property, park your car and walk all over the city, pedestrians streets, churches and museums, bar and restaurants or the guadalete river promenade.
Very well located to visit the city, next to Main Market, San Marcos Castle and main Cellars like Osborne, Terry, Caballero, o Gutierrez Colosía.

Ubicación excelente: Además de encontrar magnificas playas a pocos minutos, tienes el centro urbano delante del portal. Mercados, tiendas, ultramarinos, restaurantes, plazas, iglesias...
Vivienda: te sientes como en casa, completamente equipado, limpio, ordenado y con plaza de garaje.
