Beautiful villa in a pine-wood with 1400 sqm garden, 150 m from a white sandy beach and turquoise sea. Well equipped home and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The perfect relaxation holiday.
Alma is a two floors villa. Fitting local style the windows and verandas are framed by granite chiselled by old stone mason. It is surrounded by a garden well established with the typical sardinian flora: from the shady pine trees, to scenting oleander and myrtle.
Villa Alma is shared out between two apartments only (both on two floors) each with a big garden: the east facing is for personal use only and not for rent, the west facing is for my guests. This choice is rare near the sea: people prefers to exploit to the utmost their property. The privacy is perfect: even the the entrance to the garden is separate (there are two gates). In the garden all the facilities are duplicated: you have your own shower, your own wash board, your own clothes line, your own parking lot.
Beside the covered veranda, an aired place good for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the doorway leads to an open space with kitchen, dining area, fireplace, living area with TV and sofabed. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where you find two large bedrooms with double beds (cot also available). Beside the bedrooms there is the bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC). Built in cupboards of walnut tree complete the furnishing.
Linen and towels available (15 euro/person). Final cleaning (home and garden): 50 euro. Extra costs included, electricity up to 50 Kw, no firewood. Caution money: 200 Euro. No refundable booking deposit : 30%.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison. Tout était parfait ! Très bon accueil, maison très propre et pratique. L'accès à la plage est très rapide à pied et la situation près du golfe d'Orosei et des plages est parfaite. Merci pour votre accueil !

Der Strand ist sehr nah, man muss eine kleine Straße überqueren. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Einzig, es gab viele Moskitos.
