Spending your holiday on the sandy beach and by a crystal clear sea is a dream that can come true at Villetta Playa de Mar, a holiday home for rent in San Pietro in Bevagna.
It has access to the beach, a small furnished area and it`s the ideal
property for a holiday by the sea in Puglia, in Salento.
The small villa can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Pets are not allowed. Amazing beach: here`s where to stay in Puglia Villetta Playa de Mar is basic but functional, cozy and essential.
The verandah is furnished with table, chairs and beach umbrella and you just need to open the gate to be at the beach.
The house consists of a living room with dining area and sofa, a kitchenette, a four-bed room with double bed and bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
Moreover, it is equipped with accessories such as mosquito nets on doors and windows, washing machine, outdoor shower and air conditioning in the living room. The surroundings of the holiday home in San Pietro in Bevagna Villetta Playa de Mar is by the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, where the sand is golden and the sea is clear.
The city centre is 700 meters away and bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Nature lovers need to visit the nature reserve and the mouth of Chidro river, 2 kilometers away and Salina dei Monaci which is 6 kilometers away.
The closest beaches of Porto Cesareo are 10 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in the living room.

Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür, das ist toll.
Die Bar direkt nebenan hatte zum Teil extrem laut Musik, man konnte nicht draußen sitzen, weil man sich nixht mehr unterhalten konnte.
Beschreibung hat sich nach der Buchung geändert. Parkplatz und WLAN waren dann nicht mehr verfügbar.

Es war eine traumhaft schöne Woche direkt am Strand.
Morgens, mittags und abends, sogar nachts hört man die Wellen.
Cosima war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Übersetzung klappt über Google super.
Nebenan ist eine kleine Bar die im Mai nur Sa. und So. geöffnet hat.
Musik, Kaffee, Eis, Cocktails und kleine Snacks gab es.
Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
