A spacious and comfortable house nestled in lush greenery, a 20-minute walk from the town center (10 minutes by bus), in a very quiet neighborhood, and 10 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans race track. Come and discover the medieval Plantagenet city with its Gallo-Roman walls.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a large living room with a lounge area (TV), a fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and the other with three single beds (90cm). A bright bathroom with a large shower completes the ground floor. Bed linen can be rented. Cleaning fee: €70. Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic).
PLEASE NOTE: The access to the parking area is very narrow. A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 applies for business travelers, and a mandatory bed linen rental fee of €8 per person applies for business travelers.

Très bon accueil.
Jardin appréciable. Bonne situation au calme à 10 min du centre en voiture. Il ne manque rien pour un séjour confortable. Bonne literie.
