- For reservations of multiple accommodations for Groups of Friends and/or Groups of Family Members, it will not be possible to move chairs, tables and armchairs between various properties for lunches/dinners with friends and group evening meetings
- It is forbidden to organize parties and events
- The occurrence of such behaviors will incur the corresponding penalty of € 350 which will be immediately withheld from the security deposit

- The price includes a weekly final cleaning
- The price includes expenses related to consumption (water-electricity-gas)
- The price includes the cost of sheets and linen
- Check-in is at 3:30 PM

The Tenant / Guest must report any defects and shortages to the Landlords within 24 hours. In the absence of reports, the inspection will be considered as accepted

- Maximum tranquility is required

Eine sehr schöne saubere Anlage, in schöner Lage mit sehr freundlicher Betreuung. Der Strand von Porto Pino, so wie Restaurants, Apotheke und kleinere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet genug Platz für bis 4 Personen.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Es gibt relativ strenge Regeln was Mülltrennung und Poolzeiten angeht.
Die einzelnen Wohnungen sind so gebaut und eingefasst, dass eine sehr private Atmosphäre entsteht.
