The house is conveniently located near downtown and has a private garage connected to the home. Typical regional home with the living space on the ground level and the bedrooms located on the first floor. The home is located in a very quiet street yet near the major access road to the city.
Well appointed with all the necessities for your stay, the kitchen is modern and convenient. A small patio allows you to enjoy the fresh air during the warmer days. The living space provides a dining table for your family evening diner as well as a small living room area with a smart TV.
On the first floor you will find two nicely appointed bedrooms. the master bedroom has a queen bed (160) and its own bathroom with a shower. The secondary bedroom has a double size bed (140). A full size bathroom is available on this floor with a washer and dryer. A separate toilet is also available.

The Parental Suite offers a queen bed (160) to provide a heavenly rest after a full day exploring the city. Plenty of closet space for putting away your belongings, and TV allows you relax and recharge.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140) as well as a small desk in case you are traveling for business.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, and all everything you need for cooking tasty meals.

The living room provides plenty of seating for the family to relax and enjoy a movie.

The spacious bathroom offers a updated shower and great lighting. There is small private bathroom in the parental suite. There are also two separate toilets on each level

There is a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy.
Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID.
Although you have access to the entire house, there is one owner closet located in the secondary bedroom. The access to the first floor and the basement that are also not accessible to guests.
We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly.
Your arrival (and departure) are fully contactless. You will be provided with detailed check-in instructions the afternoon prior to your arrival including a code to enter the home.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you. We are only a phone call/message away and will respond usually within minutes during extended business hours. During the overnight, we probably wont get back to you until early the next morning. If there is a life threatening emergency, please contact 18 and then call us and leave us a voicemail. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.
There are 2 cameras at the property. There is 1 door bell camera located outside the front door & 1 camera monitoring the garage entrance. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant of the home for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and the reservation will be immediately canceled. No refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation policy.

Well equipped house in good location with parking. Owner away but responsive within a few hours. We would have preferred to be more in control of the heating and hot water, and to pay for the gas/electricity we used.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but wish we could’ve stayed longer to prepare meals in the amazing kitchen (what looked like a microwave was actually a grill for preparing meat!). The neighborhood was safe and quiet yet close to places to shop, eat and appreciate the architecture.The host was easy to contact and available to answer questions. Highly recommend!

We had everything we needed in tge well appointed home. The location provided a pleasant walk into town anb easy driving to the WWI American Cemeteries and monuments that we wanted to visit.The owner was most responsive. We would visit again for a longer stay.
