Private estate less than a km from Pozo Alcón with excellent views. House with traditional architecture renovated in 2010 and adapted to today's needs. Located in a privileged environment, between the Natural Parks of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas and the Sierra de Castril. The farm is located very close to the Pantano de la Bolera and Pantano del Negratín.
The house has five bedrooms for fifteen people, in which five double beds and three single beds are distributed. In addition, it has two bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub, a living room and a kitchen corner. The house has central heating.
The exteriors have a playground, table football, private pool and sun loungers where you can sunbathe.
Access is possible via a paved lane.

Unterkunft für 10 Personen. Es hat alles, was Sie brauchen, und viel Ruhe. Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit. Und die Umgebung ist spektakulär zu besichtigen.
