The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and bakeries, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. A tennis court is located just about 150 metres away—perfect for a spontaneous game. The nearby beech forest offers peaceful walking trails, short exploration trips with children, or jogging routes in green surroundings—ideal for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air to the fullest.
The spacious living area with an exclusive gas fireplace creates a cosy, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. A comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV round out the ambiance—perfect for putting your feet up after a day at the beach. The bright two-room apartment on the mezzanine level of Villa Waldschloss spans 46 square metres and impresses with its high-quality amenities.
The fully equipped kitchen, custom-built by a local carpenter, leaves nothing to be desired: an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a dining area for four people with a view of the park across the way, make shared meals a delight. Real wood parquet flooring in the living and sleeping areas, durable designer wallpaper from the US, and thoughtful details underscore the apartment’s exclusive character.
The four sleeping spots are distributed between a bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and the sleeper sofa in the living area, which can be converted into a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two guests in no time at all. A spacious closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings, so you’ll feel right at home.
To ensure you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the fullest from the moment you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travellers and provided a shower towel and a small hand towel.
The stylishly designed bathroom features large-format dark natural stone tiles, light-colored bathroom fixtures, and elegant brass fittings and accessories, and is equipped with a walk-in shower—for a relaxing start to your day.

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Wohnung super Kontakt nah am Wasser aber trotzdem Ruhige lage. Zu viert etwas eng aber es feht optimal ist es für zwei Personen

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Alles super gelaufen und vom Check -in bis -out war alles gut. Sehr modern gestaltet mit allen was man braucht. Wir hatten leider nur 3 große Teller bei einer Familie mit einem Teenager und einem Kleinkind ein wenig schwierig. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber auf ein Optimum saniert wurden..
