Located close to the small fishing port of Poulgoazec- Plouhinec where arrives each afternoon the famous line bar of the Raz de Sein, the apartment #SousLeSigneDesPoissons overlooks a small sandy beach, just in front of the port of Audierne.
On the first (and only) floor of a small residence, directly accessible from the courtyard, #SousLeSigneDesPoissons is a very comfortable apartment, thanks to its many openings, and happily decorated with multicolored fish.
The spacious living room has a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and a dining area for 4 people.
It adjoins a real kitchen, partially partitioned and fully equipped: gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bedroom, which opens onto the patio door, has a 180x190 bed (2 mattresses) and a closet.
Sheets are provided and the bed is made on arrival.
It opens onto a large bathroom with bathtub and thermostatic mixer. The entrance and separate toilet complete this apartment of 45 m2. For a carefree stay, the rental is proposed charges included: sheets and towels provided, water and energy included. At the edge of the apartment, the GR 34 leads you, along the coast and the long sandy beaches of Plouhinec, or to Audierne (1.2 km walk by the pier) and its shops , shops and terraces on the harbor. In the surrounding area, the Grand Site of France of Pointe du Raz in Cap-Sizun is spread over 2000 ha of Plogoff in Beuzec-Cap-Sizun and offers you many exceptional panoramas on the bays of Audierne, Douarnenez or Trépassés. Pont-Croix, Small City of Character, and Pors-Poulhan, port-shelter on the south coast concentrating several megalithic sites of international fame, will keep you on the road of Quimper or Bigouden country, that you will be able to join by the Route of the Wind Solar (coastal road from Pointe du Raz to the Pointe de Penmarc'h). Heritage lovers will also enjoy the many mills restored and running for some or visiting the countless churches and chapels swarmed in our towns and countryside. Those who like sailing will have the choice between a cruise to the island of Sein (pier 5 km from the apartment), a canoe-kayak trip on the Goyen or at sea, or the practice of a Sliding sport (beginners welcome!)

Sehr schöne, helle, ruhige, sympathische Wohnung. Gut gelegen für Spaziergänge nach Audierne und Umgebung und wunderbare Wanderungen am Cap Sizoun. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé en face d'Audierne. Idéal pour visiter le cap Sizun sans faire beaucoup de kms. Hôtesse charmante et de très bon conseil pour les visites et activités principales à faire dans le secteur.
