OG Südbalkon, TOP high quality equipment, TV, Dogs allowed! We charge a flat rate of 45 euros per dog / stay! The apartment is normally designed for 2 people.
We are happy to set up the sofa in the kitchen-living area as a bed for you if necessary for another 2 people.
An adult or 2 children can sleep on this couch. (plus € 30 per day / adult; € 15 per day / child).
Children's travel bed - or Baby travel bed incl.
Increasing the mattress and changing mat can be prepared on request. High-quality and modern, new kitchenette with coffee machine (pad machine), toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and kettle / thermos incl.
Dishes. Living room with sofa (pull-out), with large flat screen TV, table, chairs.
If necessary, we can add a high chair for children from approx. September Storage room in the basement with washing machine and brand new dryer / ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Free WiFi; Cozy, upscale atmosphere; A cozy bedroom with an American, comfortable box spring bed, incl.
Bedding.
Blankets and other pillows available.
Walk-in balcony from bedroom and living room with electric grill, table and chairs. Beautiful modern, small, new bathroom with shower / incl.
Towels and hair dryer. Garden / joint use; own parking space for a car. Enjoy this top location, the beautiful lake and the beautiful health resort Dießen am Ammersee! Make excursions worth seeing; Central in Dießen, 5-8 minutes walk to the lake, train station and the center.
You can easily reach all shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, post offices, bus stations, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and ice cream parlors on foot. Explore the great surroundings, cities like Munich, Füssen, Augsburg or the romantic small town Landsberg am Lech. Partly everything accessible by train / bus. Or take a nice steamer trip to Herrsching, for example, with its beautiful beach promenade and numerous beer gardens. The mountains can also be reached quickly and a trip is always worthwhile. Like most of the lakes in Bavaria, Lake Ammersee also offers the choice between landscaped beach pools and bathing spots of your choice in nature.
Already in June the water has a pleasant bathing temperature of over 20 degrees and attracts many tourists to the shore.
Particularly popular seaside resorts are Eching, Herrsching or Fischen-Aidenried.
The flat north shore of the lake is suitable for families. Nature and its enormous biodiversity around the Ammersee are preserved by the designated Ramsar protection area with its four nature protection areas. Bicycles for excursions can be rented on site.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt.Hervorzuheben ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Selten so gut geschlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, Boxspringbett sehr bequem, Couch für uns ältere Menschen nicht so bequem. Balkon leider nicht zum Frühstücken geeignet, zu schmal aber für ein Getränk völlig ausreichend. Ausstattung der Küche und des Badezimmers sehr gut. Lage perfekt und die Unterbringung unserer Räder ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr schöne Gegend für Radtouren und Wanderungen.

Es war eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Räder konnten in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Sehr sauber und alles unproblematisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder. 1 mit Stern
