Holiday house, on the same level, completely renovated in 2016, located 250 meters from the beach and shops.
Free Wi-Fi access. 3 bedrooms (new bedding): bedroom 1 (double bed 140) - bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed 2x90) and bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (double bed 140).
Cupboards in each bedroom. Fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs - electric oven - microwave - fridge - freezer - dishwasher - dryer - washing machine - electric coffee maker - toaster - electric kettle, steamer ....). Living room (sofa and TV) - dining room (table and 6 chairs). 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Exit to the terrace with fully enclosed and landscaped garden: garden furniture with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table - dining table with 6 chairs - 4 deckchairs - barbecue. Optional heated heated jacuzzi (85 euros / week). Baby equipment (bed, high chair, stroller) on request and free. Possibility of taking charge of passengers free of charge directly at the SNCF station of La Bernerie en Retz - prior agreement with the owner. Cleaning payable by the tenant, invoiced 60 euros if not carried out.

Location extrêmement bien placé à la Bernerie-en-Retz tout se fait pied idéal pour les familles. L hôte fut très accueillant et de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Les prestations de la location étaient plus que satisfaisantes surtout le jacuzzi après de bonnes marches.

La maison est bien située dans un quartier très calme, quand même seulement 2 minutes des magasins et de la plage.Elle est équipée de tout ce qui'il faut pour vivre indépendement. Le jardin (clos pour le chien envers le voisin, quand il ne sait pas sauter plus que 1,40 m comme le notre) est un petit...
