Completely renovated in 2010, the 40 m² house features two separate rooms: - Kitchen/living room - Bedroom with a mezzanine
Sleeping arrangements: one double bed in the bedroom; two single beds on the mezzanine.
Wi-Fi connection
The house is very comfortable: stove + range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. Shower room. Toilet. Heating in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Kitchen equipment is plentiful and makes meal preparation easy.
The decor is simple and warm, and you feel surrounded by lots of greenery. The house is very easy to maintain.
Outdoors
The flower garden is surrounded by hedges, shrubs, meadows, and pine trees on a large 1,600 m² lot. In front of the house is a sunny terrace and a shaded lawn for dining and relaxing in the great outdoors. The lawn is perfect for playtime for young and old alike.
Location & surroundings
It is a small holiday home nestled between the sea and the marshes, near Kerdandec, at the edge of a large garden that shields it from the street and leads to a path. We can walk to Cabonnais Beach (200 m) or, via a small path, to Sorlock Beach (300 m), the salt marshes, or the picturesque hamlets of Kerdandec and Quimiac, a small family resort. Its location in a rugged area, surrounded by gardens and set back from the road, makes it a green oasis just a few steps from the beach.
It is very bright and very quiet, simple and cheerful.

Toujours difficile d'évaluer une prestation car on a tendance à comparer à des expériences passées dans des conditions et endroits différents. La note globale s'en ressent. L'endroit nickel, au calme proche des plages et commerces principaux à pied.La location, mignonne fonctionnelle propre et bien équipée.Le bailleur, courtois et avenant, parfait.

Une jolie maison de bord de mer, bien équipée et très proche des plages. Rien ne manque pour un bon séjour.
