In a town with a medieval character, on the heights of Lodève, in the countryside and 1 km walk from the city center, we offer you a comfortable apartment (wi-fi) (110m2) with swimming pool for peaceful family holidays or between friends.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa with a wide view of the vineyards and the countryside; The entrance is individual, (staircase). the car park is closed by an electric gate (individual beep);

The swimming pool (4x8) includes everything you need to relax and sunbathe (sunbathing, parasol); Near the swimming pool, a 30 m2 covered summer terrace equipped with a summer kitchen (fridge, hotplates, hot water) pleasantly completes the stay with also a barbecue;
The 4300 m 2 plot is enclosed and includes a garden furniture, vines, swings, a large trampoline, sand games, a bowling alley and even a hammock. ; large play areas for children.
And ceramic statues and creatures "wander" around the garden; Martine will open her pottery workshop for you. (possible entertainment: children and adults).
Animal (to be discussed) according to owner's agreement because we have 2 adorable chihuahuas: Prince and Pepsy.

Het was in 1 woord fantastisch. Echt heel erg genoten. De verhuurders waren heel erg aardig en behulpzaam. We zijn echt aan onze rust toegekomen.

Martine and Raymond were very attentive hosts but also gave us our privacy. We were there during an excessive heatwave but we had the pool to cool off in. We spent most of our time in the pool and the outdoor kitchen area. There are supermarkets nearby and lac du salagou is well worth a visit.

Stayed for 2 weeks. The house was clean and tidy. However we didn’t stay inside so much as the outside space and pool were amazing! All topped off by a welcoming and understanding owner. Amazing pool.
