Holiday home on the outskirts of Montilla, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.
Surrounded by hectares of olive yards, this holiday home guarantees a relaxing stay for up to 10 people. Moreover, the fact that the house is located 540 metres above sea level, in the Sierra de Montilla, ensures that the whole family can rest and recharge their batteries, as they unwind enveloped by a refreshing ambience.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there's the fully equipped independent kitchen, which also features a dining table for the whole family to gather and have their meals. Near the kitchen, the living room offers the cosiest space to be with your beloved ones. This floor also welcomes a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two twin beds and an extra single bed, which you can switch for a baby cot. Upstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms. One is equipped with two twin beds, another relies on three single beds, and the third bedroom features one double bed. Another bathroom with a shower is available for the guests on the first floor.
The split-level outdoor area is as spacious as you can imagine, being provided with a wide terrace and a fabulous pool area. On the patio, you will find a pergola with an outdoor dining table, ideal for having your meals accompanied by the views of the countryside. Then, a staircase leads you to the private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and yet another covered dining table. As you can see, you and your family will be provided with fabulous corners to make the most of some well-deserved holidays in the Cordovan province.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen Andalusiens.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und diskret.
Das Haus ist sehr hübsch mit einem atemberaubenden Äußeren.
Lidl ist 10 Minuten entfernt und Cordoba ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt.
In der Mitte von Sevilla, Granada und Malaga (1h40 pro Strecke) ist es der ideale Ort, um Andalusien zu besuchen.
