The apartment is located in a renovated Wilhelminian style building in the southern suburb of Brandvorwerkstrasse.

In the living room there is a sofa bed (200x140 cm) and a sofa bed (190x80cm) as an extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
A washing machine is available.
There is WiFi in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
Final cleaning included in the price. The city of Leipzig has been charging a visitor's tax of € 3.00 per person / per night since 01.01.2019.

Perfect apartment for anyone visiting Leipzig. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to public transportation for access to Leipzig Markt and shopping. One block to park and nice walking trails. This was our second time staying here and will certainly use it again for our next visit.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in Gründerzeitviertel. 200m zur nächsten Bushaltestelle in die Stadt. 500m zu den Parks und Grünanlagen der Stadt10km mit dem Fahrrad zum Codbusener See. Ideale Lage für einen Urlaub mit Fahrrad. Umgehende Hilfe des Vermieters bei Anfragen. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, liegt ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und ein kleiner Balkon zum sitzen ist auch vorhanden. Szene Restaurants auch in der Nähe. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele vorhanden.Stadtmitte ist leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen
