Welcome to Roz Avel, Breton family house built in 1904 by our ancestors over the water in the descent Kelenn with stunning and captivating view of the bay of Morlaix and its islands. This home is conveniently located a few meters from the beach Kelenn and 200m from the town center and church square. Roz Avel has been completely renovated to accommodate 12 people, with at least 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room turned on the sea, and extended by a terrace of 25m2 with a view on sea at 180 °.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with at least 6 bedrooms (+ a dormitory of 4 places can be made available) which 3 have double bed and separate balcony with sea view. 2 bedrooms also have water or sink room independent. 3 other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. Each floor has a bathroom and a toilet.

La maison est idealement située, très bien aménagée pour un grand nombre de personnes mais avec seulement 2 salles de bains.Parfait pour 7 ou 8 même si on peut loger jusqu'à 16.La deco méle contemporain et ancien, ce qui donne un caractère très familial au lieu.La terrasse est un vrai plus, on peut y tenir très nombreux.Bref, un bijou.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Carantec autour de Noël. Réunion familiale de 12--nous étions aux anges dans la maison si confortable et avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Emplacement fortement recommandé en toute saison et accueil efficace et chaleureux.
