Very nice villa of 135 m2 built in 2017, living room of 60 m2 on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite. The 2 bathrooms have an Italian shower with quality materials.
Very clear house. Very nice lake view from upstairs. Quality bedding, linen provided free of charge.
400 m garden. garden furniture: table + chairs + garden armchairs.
Other equipment: electric barbecue, ping pong table. Ideally located 3 minutes by car from the center of Evian and the lake ..
On request: fruit basket, prepared meal possible, all kinds of supplies, airport transfer ...

Das Haus war für uns (4 Golferinnen) perfekt; Lage, Einrichtung, ruhiger Garten. Der Eigentümer war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
