The quiet and family-friendly family house is located on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach.
On 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms with space for 6 people, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining table and a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony that invites you to relax.
You can explore the lake with our own rowing boat, there is also the option of using our surfboard.
In the nearer and further surroundings there are numerous excursion destinations - Landskron ruins with birds of prey and Affenberg, Ossiach Abbey (Carinthian summer), Gerlitzen Alpe, Minimundus, Nockberge National Park, Obir stalactite caves, Hochosterwitz Castle, Großglockner, Raggaschlucht, Finkenstein castle ruins, Villach, Klagenfurt, Slovenia, Italy.
In winter you can reach several ski areas within an hour's drive.
The Kärntnertherme in Villach and the Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to relax.
