Cozy holiday home with garden, terrace, BBQ, with irregularly shaped private pool with approx. 30m2 living space with a small waterfall, in a quiet location not far from Pula. Its 65 m² offer all necessary modern comfort and amenities, with a functional design for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, with a double bed in the first and two single beds in the second. It has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. An additional person (child) can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.

It consists of a seating area with a sofa area in front of the television, a dining area with a table and an open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances. Wireless internet access is available. In front of the living room there is an adjacent terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor grill. Is covered with a solid roof structure. In front of the house there is an irregularly shaped private pool with approx. 30m2 of living space with a small waterfall. There is also an outdoor shower and a water pipe with a sink. Internet access is available in the local bar. The good restaurants Luna or Vesna, whose owners prepare delicious Istrian cheese, are only a five-minute drive away. Since it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth visiting the old city center of Pula or the Brijuni National Park. The nearest beach in Duga Uvala is about a 15-minute drive. The beautiful beaches of Pula are also ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
