In a quiet and secure residence, we welcome you to our beautiful apartment, ideally located for a stay with friends or family, just :
- A 2-minute walk from the Val d'Europe shopping center and La Vallée Village
- A 15-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride from Disneyland Paris
- An 8-minute drive from the Marne La Vallée-Chessy train station
- A 40-minute RER A train from Paris
There's even a very good bakery at the foot of the building (23-second elevator ride)
When you step through the door of our apartment, you'll find all the necessary amenities, including :
A large, bright living room with no overlooked views :
- A 160x200cm sofa bed : quick and easy to set up
- A dining table and chairs for 6 people
- A 55" TV for watching your favorite movies
Two bedrooms with storage closets, furnished to provide you with every possible comfort :
- Bedroom 1 : 160x200cm double bed - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90x190 cm)
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery, pots/pans, and cooking utensils.
Bathroom with bathtub, bath towels provided, and hairdryer.
Separate toilet with washing machine.
Children's equipment :
- Children's dishes and cutlery
- Available upon request: travel cot with a real mattress and sheets included, comfortable high chair, changing mat, baby bath towel
1 private and secure parking space in the basement of the building, access by remote control only. Direct access via the elevator.
Also included and at no additional cost :
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Children's games and coloring pages

Vraiment un logement d'une grande qualite avec une propreté irréprochable. Une deco sur le thème de disney au top. Tres bien equipee et une literie hyper confortable.
La localisation est aussi ideale !
