Simple apartment but with all the comforts, on the beachfront. Direct views of the sea without obstacles. 4th floor with elevator, direct access from garage or portal.
2 rooms, one with a double bed (1'80x1,35) and the other with two twin beds (1'80x90). Bed linen and towels for use during the stay included.
Full kitchen with hob, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
Full bathroom with bathtub equipped with screen.
Community showers at the entrance of the building to rinse the sand before climbing.

Parking with automatic door, two sets of keys are lent during the stay, one of them with remote control.

Possibility of modifying schedules if an agreement is reached (only if there is no forecast for new entry on the same day), in case of not respecting said schedules, without having reached a prior agreement by both parties, a surcharge will be applied to be deducted from the deposit.

Notifying us in advance we have a loan for a baby bath, a bed barrier, a lunch box, a folding sunshade and even a Mclaren stroller.

There was no AC or Heat. The apartment was comfortable.There was no Wi-Fi available and it was not an optional offering. Cell service was poor inside the building so there is an issue if you are trying to do work, especially webinars or Zoom-type calls.The host was very accommodating and easy to work with.The location is literally right above two restaurants on the walkway along the beach.

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour ,l appartement idéal avec climatisation , à coté de la mer et tout ce dont nous avons besoin est à coté.merci à Sandra qui nous a bien accueilli.
