Great view directly onto the sea, no close neighbors, cozy easy place with nice sun terrace, old but fun BBQ spot, seagulls screaming during the night, nice sea breeze so not too hot during the night.

Ein sehr schönes, ortstypisch gebautes Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht von der Terrasse aus und ziemlich guter, sehr ruhiger Lage. Allerdings könnte das Haus eine Überarbeitung vertragen: Die Spalten unter den Türen lassen Mäuse und Geckos ungehindert ein, die Sofas wirken nicht sehr sauber, es gibt...

Lage echt Top, Aber das Haus könnte innen eine Renovierung ohne Umgestaltung vertragen. Wasserhahn in der Küche drehte sich im Kreis, Dusche sowie in der Waschmaschine "Schimmel". es fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen !!! Zweites Schlafzimmer ist ein besserer Abstellraum. Türverschluß für den Zylinder steht ca 1 cm über, Verletzungsgefahr !!....
