Bedrooms: 1 super king bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a balcony over looking the mountains 2 double bedrooms 1 twin bedroom 1 bedroom in basement with 2 single beds Bathroom: 1 ensuite with a shower 2 bathrooms with showers Basement: The basement is a large games & tv room with a full sky package for films or sports. Pool area: A beautiful infinity pool with sun loungers & a large table with seating for eating alfresco. Solarium: Up on the solarium there's large outside sofa and table with beautiful panoramic views of the coast & mountain, perfect to watch the sunset. Airports: 45 mins from Alicante 20 mins from Mercia Amenities: 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive San Miguel de salinas is a 3 minute drive with around 20 restaurants and bars La Zenia boulevard is 20 minute drive with more restaurants and bars 3 sandy beaches all within a 15 minute drive Extra’s: we provide: high chairs, stair gates baby cot which converts into toddlers bed We also operate a meet & greet policy. We can also arrange a welcome package for late arrivals.

Villa is wonderful, however, location wise, a car is essential as there is no way to get to a shop on foot and only one (but very nice) local restaurant. Beach is 20 mins away in a car.
