Beautiful open spaces on one side of nature and the other on a patio, while stones in which we find a pleasant freshness in summer.
There is a beautiful wooden terrace where you can dine and enjoy the view. There is also a tree house in the trees for children from 6 years and a sandbox.
The house is located about 1.5 km from a beautiful river and the beautiful village of Labeaume.
Ability to use a rehearsal piano. There is an outside hot shower. It is a bioclimatic house, hot water and solar heating, wood construction and stone, wood wool insulation.

Mooi verblijf, prachtig uitzicht. Enkel de rit ernaartoe is echt niet eenvoudig: stenen oprit heel stijl omhoog. Geen airconditioning zoals vermeld. Moeilijke communicatie met eigenaar. De afloop douche was verstopt, na filmpjes gestuurd te hebben en aangedrongen te hebben, is de loodgieter gekomen....
