Casa La Higuera nestles on the hillside on the edge of the beautiful mountain village of Canillas de Albaida and the national park of Sierra de Almijara, less than an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. It's a 5 minute drive (20 min walk) to Competa and only 20 minutes drive to the local beaches.
This attractive, well-equipped villa has unsurpassed views of the sea and surrounding hills yet is within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants.
Casa La Higuera offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a private swimming pool.
The main villa houses the master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes with views over the countryside.
The family shower room has been recently refurbished with crisp white tiles and modern fittings.
The house then is open planned with the lounge, kitchen and dining area flowing in a light and airy room.
The main house has a newly fitted modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and wine cooler.
The lounge has a TV and free wi-fi. A log burning for the cooler months.
There is also a double (twin) bedroom and en-suite is in a separate casita a few steps behind the main house, with its own small terrace, perfect for visitors seeking privacy or grandparents wishing to escape for some peace and quiet. This can be booked upon request as part of your 4 person booking.
Outside, the property has its own private 8mx4m pool and plenty of shaded seating areas for relaxing and dining. The gardens are mature and private with gated access. The views from the villa are stunning.

A good quality property. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and grounds. Would benefit from A/C in bedrooms during the hotter months. Overall very good and would rebook.
