The owners settled here in 2021 after living more than 15 years in the Bay Area. Their goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please watch the video for a complete description of the property.
The studio is about 25 m2 and features a separate bedroom, cooking and dining area - Enjoy the patio and your private front yard for outdoor dining. Barbecue provided. The pool is 9 x4 and right in front of your windows - It is accessible from 9 am until 6 pm. The owners and 2 other guest houses share the pool and garden.
A protected biking path nearby allows you to bike to Hyeres / Toulon and all beaches in about 20 minutes. You can park your car on site or use public transportation (Toulon Train station is 20 minutes by direct bus). A lot to explore in Provence outside of the beaches, old villages, markets and a fascinating museum about "debarquement de Provence" (the second D day).
Based on your interests, The host is a French teacher and cooking instructor - One on one classes can be organized upon request.

Le bungalow est petit mais fonctionnel et sympa. Le jardin et la piscine sont agréables. Le quartier est assez calme. La plage est à 5 minutes en voiture ou 30 minutes de marche. On conseille.

Très bel endroit.Bungalow très bien agencé. Juste douche et toilette un peu étroit mais ça fait l'affaire. Très jolie piscine et propre. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit si vous recherchez du calme.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. Beatrice was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. In terms of the space itself, the bungalow was small but very functional. The bathroom is quite tight, but we were able to make it work. We enjoyed the pool and didn't mind sharing with the other guests....
